Licensed in AL & FL James Calvert joined “The Pro Team” this year having emigrated from London, England to be closer to his wife’s family, Dotty Lou & Buzz Farias who lead “The Pro Team”. James started in Real Estate as an office junior in 1984 and worked his way up, his career flourished and in 1993 he opened his own real estate company, Tylden-Lofts & Calvert, based in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, London, England. The company handled all aspects of real estate including sales, rentals, management, investment & development. James is noted in Who’s Who of UK Real Estate for his achievement in the market place which he specialized in residential sales, investment and development. He has a large international client base which has given him good excuse to travel the world preferring to meet his clients face to face when starting a new project. Licensed in Alabama and Florida “The Pro Team” is pleased to introduce you to Kandy Hines. Kandy moved to the Alabama gulf coast more than ten years ago from Tallahassee, FL where she started her career in real estate and property management. She has been licensed in real estate since 1994 and currently holds an Associate Broker’s license.
Kandy originally joined “The Pro Team” in October of 2003, shortly after leaving a six year position as The Rental Director at The Beach Club. She was instrumental in the implementation and ongoing structure of the on-site rental management program for the 656 gulf front condominiums there. However, in October 2004 Kandy was presented with an opportunity to broker and manage the sales and marketing for numerous new condominium developments planned for the area. After three years of development experience, her work was finally complete and she came back home to “The Pro Team” in October 2007.
Kandy has been strongly focused in residential real estate sales, development sales and property management for the past thirteen years. This has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the gulf coast market. Karen O first joined "The Pro Team" in 2000 on
a part time basis. In 2002 she came on board full time. She
maintains all listings and coordinates all closings. She is the friendly
voice who answers the phone. She keeps the office running smoothly.
