"My name is Thomas B. and I am writing this correspondence as the result of another outstanding experience my wife and I recently had with “The Pro Team” in Gulf Shores Alabama.
Our association with “The Pro Team” and Dotty Farias began over fifteen (15) years ago in 1999 when my wife and I were searching for an additional gulf front condo in Orange Beach Alabama. That purchase was to be consummated as a 1031 exchange. Dotty worked relentlessly and eventually located two (2) condos at Phoenix V. We later purchased those two condo’s, which perfectly met our needs at that time.
We kept in contact over the years and in July of this year decided to put our first Orange Beach condo up for sale and due to our past experience, again contacted “The Pro Team”.
Dotty and her staff again worked with us to find a buyer and to sell this unit. As soon as that sale was consummated, Dotty began assisting us with alternative properties for another 1031 exchange situation.
Dotty and her assistant Sam Goodson provided us with various sale properties that possibly could meet our needs. This year our family is growing to five (5) grand boys and our goal was to house the family close to one another.
“The Pro Team” researched various properties for sale at Phoenix V where we currently have a one, three bedroom and a one, one bedroom condo on the sixth floor. As it turned out, Dotty researched condos on the sixth floor as well as the floors above and below our condos. "I casually asked Dotty Lou through an email about a house I saw for sale that she did not have listed. Thirty minutes later she called me with all the details and suggested we set up an appointment to see the house.
